Offering Private, and Semi-Private Sessions,

by Appointment Only, No Walk-Ins.

Private Session

Each NEW client begins with a one-on-one personalized assessment, a postural analysis and a conversation about you (past/current injuries/issues, and your goals).  I work carefully with you to ensure you have the best fit for your needs.  When ready you can move into Semi-Private Session or continue with the very customized one-on-one training. 

Private Sessions may be purchased by phone or in person.

Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-Private Sessions offer you the benefits of a supportive fitness community where you can receive cutting edge instruction in a motivating and fun environment.  The small class sizes (usually 4 at most) ensure that you receive personalized attention every step of the way. 

 

Semi-Private Sessions may be purchased in person to assure you are getting what is best for you.

Online Sessions

Crazy schedules, traveling for work, no child care, not enough hours in the day, but WANT to, NEED to make a powerful shift.  This Online Sessions can be done when ever is best for you, as early at 5am, and where ever you are. Bonus tips included.  

Just 20 minutes and DONE!

Accountability, we got you.  Comment on the Session after you complete it and earn $1 back everyday you do it.  Up to $31 a month.
