This Studio has been a dream of mine since I discovered Pilates. When looking for houses we were looking for properties in Sandy, OR that had potential for my Pilates Studio. I grew up in Boring and both my parents worked in Sandy. I wanted to return to a small town and help people.
If you struggle with self-esteem, body image, gut discomfort, weight issues & eating disorders. If your body is making you feel order than your are in your mind due to a sore, stiffness and pain. This is where I spent years of my life. Don't waste another minute here. You can feel amazing! You can eat 6-7 times a day enjoying food, and have a healthy relationship with food. You can be proud of a truly healthy fit and strong body. You can be a weight you don't even dare dream of, be your weight from college or high school. You can have the energy to do it all and more. There is NOTHING YOU CAN NOT DO or HAVE!

As a collegiate multi-sport athlete, turned marathon runner, it just made cense that by the age of 28 I could not fully stand up right out of bed in the morning and walk to the bathroom. I am sure it did not help wearing 4-6 inch heels every day to working 40 to 80 hours a week at a desk and running 5 miles a day. My calves were ready to explode at any moment, I could lift my straight leg from a standing position about a foot off the floor. I was a prime example of someone who looked super healthy and fit, but a functional accident waiting to happen. Always sore and stiff in the morning I thought this was payment for putting my body through so much. Tape me up coach, I am good to go.
I started with just 20 minutes of mat Pilates everyday. My body started to feel so good I started doing more and more. I radically transformed my entire body inside and out.
I have been a Pilates Instructor for over 15 years. I was fortunate enough to get an internship and hired at a STOTT Pilates Instructor Trainer Studio in San Diego, CA. There I feel even more in love with Pilates as I was lucky enough to work with Professional Dancers and clients who had their Spinals Fused, and everyone in between. As well as instructed Pre- and Post Natal Pilates group classes.
